    Mission/ Core purpose of the Job – Context:

    • Provide admistrative support on all Procurement operational activities
    • Execute on all administrative tasks in Procurement sourcing
    • Handle all administration for Purchasing and Relationship Management in Procurement
    • Responsible for all administration for BEE Awareness and Compliance
    • Co-ordinate and execute on all administrative activities for Procurement Product/Commodity Management
    • Assist the Procurement Head on Strategic Procurement Planning activities
    • Provide unrelenting administrative support to the Procurement Head for Budget Management and Reporting
    • Responsible for all administrative support to the Training Manager for Procurement related training

    Desired Qualification & Experience

    • Minimum one (1) year relevant experience in leading retail and service operations for the Professional Services industries is a pre-requisite
    • Advance MS Office
    • Excellent English and local language skills; both written and verbal
