Responsibilities 

• Building strong partnership relationships with candidates
• Meet with candidates regularly
• Conduct performance appraisals for candidates
• Schedule client maintenance and ensure appropriate quality checks      have been completed.
• Manage Client projects and oversee implementations for on time            delivery
• Review service failures and produce incident reports when required
• Produce and maintain service improvement plans with candidates provided
• Ensure appropriate documentation is in place for specific support requirements
• Organise and chair monthly/quarterly service review meetings
• Identify opportunities for growth and pass leads to Account Executive
• Produce ad-hoc reports when required

Desired Qualification & Experience

• Matric Certificate
• MS Office Full
• or relevant qualifications
• Two References

Salary: Negotiable
