Provide admin support in Qualifying Sales Leads; – Provide admin support in establishing initial approach to prospects.
Assist with admin in creating introductory letters for sales prospects; – Receive and process phone and email enquiries.
And support in driving continuity of relationships across the customer spectrum; in driving Client acquisition & Key Account Management.
Maintaining and developing existing and new customers to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer and satisfaction.
Monitoring and reporting on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Planning & strategizing team efforts towards high productivity levels & revenue generation.
Planning and implementing sales and customer retention and development.
Planning and managing personal business portfolio/territory/business according to an agreed market development strategy; sales resources according to agreed budgets.
Planning and prioritising personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales – especially managing personal time and productivity.
In proactively initiating contact with new clients that will supplement the key account base and continue to forge strong relationships within these clients at appropriate levels.
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Execute on all admin activities pertaining external customer meetings and internal meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development.
Admin support in:
– Adhering to health and safety policy, and other requirements relating to care of equipment.
– Managing product/service mix, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
– Managing relevant reporting of management and financial information for the sales department.
– Planning/carrying out/supporting local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and execute on admin activities to integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, eg., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing; – To key inputs related to sectoral/industry/markets research.
– To record, analyse, report and administer Sales, Account and Customer Services according to systems and requirements.
– Within respective practices & centers in order for them to achieve service delivery levels that exceed customer expectations.
Respond to and follow up on sales enquiries using appropriate methods.
Senior Consultancy Sales & Account Management Support: – Provide admin assistance to consultants on assignments and to Liaison Consultants; – Provide admin support to perform Client consulting and training intervention evaluation data collection and analysis.
Provide admin support in implementation of company objectives and practice initiatives as per business requirement.
Use customer and prospect contact activities tools and systems, and update relevant information held in these systems.
Play and active role and contribute to all Satisfaction Indices e.g. SSI, CSI, CaSI (compile reports if required)
